Selection of your mode of payment/delivery from the available options below

Option A: Free Pickup at your nearest Post Office

Free post office pick up where payment should be made in advance via juice or bank transfer (please find account details below)

Option B: Home delivery 

a. Free as from a purchase of Rs 1000

b. Rs 75 for any purchase value above Rs 250 but below Rs1000

​

Direct payment should be effected to our bank account using the details below.

Please use your Order ID as the payment reference during the payment process.

Condition: Kindly note that your order will not be shipped until the funds have been cleared in our account.

EXCHANGE OPTIONS

 

1. Exchange can be made at our shop Bissessur Lane, Petite Riviere

2.  Exchange can be made via post office 

3. Exchange can be made via home delivery service

 

Note: Opting for home delivery service for exchange purposes costs Rs125 unless you have a new order

RETURN POLICY
 

Customers are requested to ensure they have checked and verified all products at the time of delivery before signing on delivery note.

Products can be exceptionally exchanged in the eventuality of size incompatibility within a maximum of 5 days from date of collection.

All exchange request has to be sent by email to support@nioniclothingstore.com or directly by phone on 5281 1530.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
